It's important to start the day the right way. Formula 1 is your perfect healthy breakfast to kick-start your day. A shake for breakfast, lunch or dinner provides the ideal blend of protein to help you feel fuller for longer to help you resist the temptation of unnecessary snacking. Many people use a single shake for breakfast, just to ensure they are getting their basic nutrition every day!

Heart healthy soy protein

Research shows that 25 grams of soy protein per day as part of a diet low in saturated fats can help reduce blood cholesterol. A single shake provides you with 10.6 grams (in Cookies and Cream). To achieve the recommended intake of 25 grams, add an additional shake each day, and try supplementing with other Herbalife soy-based products like Formula 3 and other foods such as soy beans or tofu.

High in fibre

Dietary fibre can help speed the passage of food and assist with the removal of wastes and toxins. The high fibre content in formula 1 may help support a healthy digestive system. To reach your daily recommended intake or 24 grams of fibre, supplement with other Herbalife fibre products like Fibrebond or Florafibre, or foods such as cereals, grains, fruit and vegetables.

Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake is sold in tubs containing 21-30 servings. One tub is enough for one shake per day for 21-30 days. Tubs are available in six flavours:

  • Vanilla
  • Strawberry
  • Chocolate
  • Tropical Fruit (Banana)
  • Cappucino
  • Cookies and Cream

If you are taking two shakes a day as part of a 30 day Weight Loss Programme you will need two tubs. They can be different flavours for variety.
